Full tear-off & re-roof
Old shingles and underlayment come off so we can see the decking underneath — then synthetic underlayment and new architectural shingles go on.
Rot found & replaced
Soft, water-damaged decking gets cut out and replaced with new sheathing. Covering it up is how small leaks turn into framing damage.
Proper ridge ventilation
The ridge is cut open and vented so heat and moisture can escape the attic, which is what makes the new roof last.
